GENERAL PROCEDURES FOR SHIPMENTS TO PERU
AIR SHIPMENTS OCEAN SHIPMENTS

  • MAWB should always be consigned to CLX EXPRESS SAC
  • MAWB must be always show under Description of Goods: “ CONSOLIDATON AS PER ATTACHED MANIFEST”
  • MAWB and HAWB must always show amount of freight charges, unless required for us to come “AS AGREED”
  • CARGO MANIFEST must always show: Name of Final Consignee ( without spelling mistakes and as shown in Commercial Invoice)
  • CARGO MANIFEST must always show description of goods as described in Commercial Invoice.
  • CARGO MANIFEST must always come stapled together with MAWB on the outside of Document Pouch.
  • ORIGINAL COMMERCIAL INVOICE must come inside Document Pouch.
  • CARGO must be marked accordingly.
  • PRE ALERT is always required and should be faxed to us together with cargo Manifest, Copy of MAWB and HAWB(s), Commercial Invoice and Agent Invoice.
  • The Following data must be identical to real on all documents.
    • Nature of Goods
    • Number & Kind of packages-marks and numbers
    • Weight of the cargo.

  • MB/L should always be consigned to CLX EXPRESS SAC.
  • MB/L and HB/L must always show amount of freight charges, unless required for us to come “AS AGREED”
  • CARGO MANIFEST must always show: Name of Final Consignee ( without spelling mistakes and as shown in Commercial Invoice)
  • CARGO MANIFEST must always show description of goods as described in Commercial Invoice.
  • CARGO must be marked accordingly.
  • PRE ALERT is always required and should be faxed to us together with cargo Manifest, Copy of MB/L and HB/L(s) and Agent Invoice.
  • In case profits are very low, & to avoid courier charges, please surrender the Original M/BL to the S/S line at port of loading asking them to instruct Peru Agent to release Cargo as “Express release B/L”.
  • For a easy notification of arrival, please always provide cnee´s phone, number and address.
  • WRONG INFORMATION, OR MISCONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE MIGHT CAUSE CUSTOM FINES, WHICH WE WILL HAVE TO DEBITED TO OVERSEAS AGENTS, BESIDES THE WASTE OF TIME To PROCESSING DOCUMENTS.
